I don't like to tell a person what they have to do to become a better athlete. If they don't want to learn I will not tell them to become better or how they can become better. I will simply tell you how to become better. For example, if a person doesn't know how to run in the 4:00-6:00 time that is not a problem. There are plenty of articles that can help you become better. I have reviewed lots of products on this page. If you are a fitness fanatic that loves all things fitness, then I encourage you to get involved with running and to read every single product that is on this site. I don't believe you will not come to find out that running will be your best ally. Running is an art. It can't be understood by books or any kind of science. The same goes for weight loss, nutrition and diet. They can only provide a partial picture. You should find out yourself which products are right for you and your goals.
